Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Replicate! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your order will be delivered.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer nationwide shipping within the Philippines. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Metro Manila: 2–3 business days

  • Provincial Areas: 2–4 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted third-party couriers such as J&T Express

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor the delivery status directly through the courier’s website.

5. Shipping Issues & Delays

Replicate is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the courier, natural events, or force majeure.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
    Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy — note that an unboxing video is required to process damage claims.
