Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Replicate. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind or Order Mistakes

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect item ordered by the buyer

Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

2. Damaged Items Policy

We only accept returns and issue refunds for items that are damaged upon arrival, under strict conditions:

✅ Video Required Before Unboxing!!

To be eligible for a refund or return due to a damaged item, you must:

  • Record a clear, continuous video BEFORE and DURING the unboxing of the package.

  • Show the package condition, unsealing process, and the damaged item clearly in the video.

📌 Photos taken after opening the package are not accepted.
Claims without a valid unboxing video will be automatically denied.

3. Return and Refund Process for Damaged Items

If your claim meets the conditions above:

  • You may return the damaged item to receive a full refund.

  • If you choose not to return the item, you are eligible for a partial refund of 50%.

  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Please contact us at 📧 replicateph@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item to initiate the process. Include your order number and attach the unboxing video.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item or approve the partial refund request.
